3. Suppliers: employees’ ethical treatment of suppliers/vendors; ethical purchasing of products/services
4. Customers: employees’ ethical treatment of customers; ethical selling and marketing of products/services
5. Competitors: employees’ ethical treatment of competitors
6. The Community: employees’ ethical responsibility towards the community in which the business operates
7. The Law: employees’ ethical obligation for business to be conducted in “compliance with applicable governmental rules and regulations”
8. Financial Integrity: employees’ ethical obligation for “full, fair, accurate, timely, and understandable” financial statements and reports
9. Political Activities: employees’ ethical obligation regarding support of a political policy, candidate, or party
10. Confidentiality: employees’ ethical obligation of safeguarding confidential information pertaining to the company, its employees, suppliers, customers, and competitors
